It’s that time again! The 3^rd annual Welcome House 5K is around the corner! We are also participating again in the 2013 Fall Classic 5K & Half Marathon—so start training now!! Need a kick start? Check out the Couch to 5K running plan at coolrunning.com or download the free app!

There is no cost and open to ALL staff, clients, families & friends!

You can run or walk—the event is casual (not a timed race). If you do plan to participate, however, please arrive on time! The run/walk will begin promptly at 9AM. Light refreshments will be served. Event is rain or shine.

Cost: None; event is free for everyone!
